apparently I have to contact a sales rep to get a trial with universal restore. They cant answer why the last tech told me to download it.
Spoke to tech support and they inform me that the trial does not include Universal Restore. You will notice in the column on the left it says "Includes free Universal Restore" then below that says Download Free Trial. They advised downloading a trial of the Server Advanced V10ĭownloaded, created new image and tried to restore, same problem.īy now the customer is getting anxious we were meant to have the this resolved weeks ago. I pointed out it may not be designed for servers, but it does work as we had used it a number of time in the past. Acronis Tech Support were little help in fact I found them to be rather unhelpful.įirstly they said the 9.7 Workstation version does not work with servers.
